Are your products made in Quebec?

Our products are Designed in Quebec, and the majority of our products are made overseas in countries where cotton is grown directly. See the Sustainability section for more details.

Can we pick up our order ourselves?

The order leaves our factory in Pakistan and is delivered directly to the given address. We no longer have a physical office, so it is not possible to pick up your order yourself. However, DHL offers delivery to their service points. To choose to pick up your package at a service point, you can create an account/login to DHL Express on demand delivery and make the change.

How do I add text on my design?

Our design platform does not support writing but it is possible to add text by uploading an artwork that contains text. Feel free to create one yourself, or hire a designer to do it for you.

How do credits work?

Personalization credits give you the opportunity to customize your clothes without paying for each modification. Each item comes with a credit bank. Each customization option you choose represents a number of credits that will be subtracted from your bank. It is possible to buy more credits if you want to have even more fun!

How to make my logo compatible with screen printing, tags and embroidery?

We can only accept original vector files for screen printing and embroideries. Renaming a JPG file to EPS, for example, would not work.

There are a few ways to go from a non-vector file to a vector file:

Redraw your logo in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or ask someone familiar with graphic design to help, and export your file in EPS or SVG format.
Hire StickerMule or someone on Upwork to redraw your logo as a vector file. (Paid)
Recreate your logo in Canva.com and export it to SVG. Follow the instructions here. (Free)
Recreate your logo in Figma.com and export it to SVG. Follow the instructions here. (Free)

If option 1 is not possible, we recommend StickerMule. If you'd like more flexibility, Canva is great, and free. For a more professional logo, we recommend hiring our Designers, or hiring someone on Upwork or on 99designs.

What are your production lead times?

Our production lead times are 4 to 6 weeks from the date where the design is approved, you have given us your sizings and we have received the deposit or full payment. In the event of a tight deadline, it is sometimes possible to prioritize your order.

What is the minimum quantity required to order?

The minimum quantity per product is between 20 and 50 depending on the product.
