We are so happy and proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada.

So, what does this means? This certification is based on direct feedback from our employees. Each member of our team took part in an anonymous survey about their workplace experience. We took feedback straight from the source and asked our amazing team questions about their work experience with us.

In a nutshell, it means that our employees are happy and fulfilled. We are grateful that our team shared their feedback with us and we will also use it to improve.

Our team’s happiness is a top priority and this certification truly means a lot to us, but there’s a lot more to it. A certification is great, but we will keep backing it up with concrete actions every day. Here’s just an overview of the perks we offer to our team:
